The experienced Germany goalkeeper is now as third-choice at Barcelona under new manager Hansi Flick. After fallen out of favour and had an operation, a winter departure seems increasingly likely. Aston Villa were initially linked as a possible destination, but that option currently seems off. Juventus are desperate to tie down the youngster to a new long-term agreement but face a race to keep one of Europe's brightest prospects.

K. Smit

The highly-touted Netherlands teenage midfielder has earned parallels to Kevin De Bruyne for his playing style. Following starring at the U19 Euros, Smit has broken into the AZ Alkmaar first team. The 19-year-old is heavily tipped to make a big-money transfer this month. Newcastle reportedly are leading the chase, but could face stiff rivalry from Real Madrid for a signing priced at approximately £22 million.
